Add HXD jackpots to hunting.

Where does this extra HXD come from? The land owner can choose to take all, or a portion of their harvesting and/or hunting fee's earned to be applied to a land jackpot for this specific land. Once the fee's add up to 50 or 100 HXD, a random hunter will receive the jackpot. Jackpot lands can be highlighted or color changed to let hunters know which lands have a running jackpot going.
